Manual muscle monitoring is used to assess your body’s response to certain stimuli, allowing subconscious stresses and imbalances within the body to become observable.
Using gentle balancing techniques, the stress can be reduced enabling you to move forward positively. It is possible to release old habits, thought forms, emotions or energy patterns that no longer serve.
Not only can the whole system be harmonised, but there can be a generation of new ideas, perspectives & insights into ourselves and how we can thrive.
Your session will also provide plenty of information on how you can support yourself moving forwards, this may be changes to your diet, exercise, or simple techniques you can use for yourself at home.
The sessions allow you to focus on what is important to you and help you take steps to reach those goals.
Hazel is an Advanced Kinesiologist registered with the Kinesiology Federation UK. She has run a successful practice for over 25 years and is passionate about helping people uncover the subconscious stresses that are in the way of them living best life that they can. She brings a wealth of experience from studying numerous modalities and encompasses them all into sessions she calls "Personal Leadership" She uses muscle monitoring as a tool as well as coaching, conversation and humour!
